Frequently asked questions
Is a self-employed professional able to register with other agencies?
Yes. Offsite advises every registered professional to
definitely register with other agencies (in order to increase the chance of a placement, and also to enable agency
comparison).
Many of our interim-managers also work, for example, via agencies such as Atos Interim
Management, Capgemini, Berenschot, Deloitte, Ernst&Young, K+V, Twynstra en Yer.
Why are so few agency details provided on the website?
Offsite will not now, nor in the future,
provide publicly the internal figures of the business, in order to keep its competitiveness as strong as possible.
At Offsite is it only all about money?
Offsite puts a great deal of emphasis on the low margins
it charges for the various services, which is very financially attractive, for the organizations which
provide the assignments as well as for the registered self-employed professionals.
Offsite believes in quality of the provided services, and flexibility in service.
Offsite strives towards high efficiency in its own work practices.
For other matters Offsite does not need to make any extra effort in order to
distinguish itself from other agencies.
Why is Offsite not a member of the Dutch Council for Interim Management (RIM)?
Offsite feels that the conditions that the RIM-agencies uphold are too unfriendly for employers and self-employed professionals.
Why is the Offsite website so scanty?
Where its frugality is concerned, Offsite eagerly uses the example of the internet search
engine Google.
