Our database consists of thousands of self-employed advisors, interim-managers, lawyers, technicians, ICT-ers and financial specialists.

We obtain two references from previous employers from each self-employed professional we take on. Additionally we monitor the progression of the assignment, in the form of a weekly report written by the employee.
We regularly enquire of both the employer and employee if everything is going to plan, and discuss any problems and possible improvements.
Should an employee need to relinquish the assignment due to ill-health or other circumstance, Offsite will immediately provide a replacement.

Within a few hours we will respond to your application with a suggestion of one or more suitable candidates.
For each candidate we provide the CV, hourly rate and telephone number (so that the employer can personally get in touch with each candidate).
Once a successful connection between employer and a candidate has been achieved Offsite will draw up the contract.

During the assignment we will also quickly respond to any questions or requests.

We regard the employers and our affiliated professionals as fully-fledged partners, and we always treat them in the manner we ourselves wish to be treated. The “fine print” in our contracts fully takes into account the needs of the employer and the self-employed professional.
For example, Offsite will not charge either the employer or the professional should they wish to change their association into one of permanent employment.
This is unique within this sector.

efficient

We work efficiently within the organization, and have very few overheads. Contact with employers and self-employed professionals is carried out via the telephone or email (thereby the name Offsite). This saves much time and money.
When demand becomes greater we respond by employing available self-employed personnel from our database.

Due to our efficient working methods we have been able, for years, to offer the lowest commission within the sector, just 9% (at similar agencies this varies between 20 and 40 percent!).
