Offsite wholeheartedly invites everyone to help in the search for suitable self-employed professionals and in the search for possible positions with companies or (semi)-government institutions.

remuneration for an introduced position

We are looking for people who can create awareness of our services, in a correct manner, within their organization or network.
For example, by informing the decision makers in their network or various managers within their organization about Offsite, or to inform us whenever temporary vacancies exist for our candidates.

Every introduced assignment proposal will be remunerated with 6% of the total earnings.
For example: for the introduction of a 4 month (90 day) assignment with a daily tariff of € 1,000, the remuneration would be € 5,400.

From a business ethic standpoint, assignments which are reported directly to the informer (or to a professional who works via Offsite) are excluded from any remuneration.

remuneration for an introduced professional

The introduction of every available candidate is remunerated with 3% of the total earned by the candidate via Offsite in their first assignment, as well as during eventual future assignments in the first year.

transcript

The informer, if required, can be kept up to date of the development of their tip and receives, apart from a written acknowledgement of their tip, a transcript of the commercial meetings which Offsite has made between the concerned employer(s) and /or professionals.

collaboration with other agencies

Offsite will provide candidates for assignments from other agencies provided we (on behalf of the quality control) can carry out assignment supervision with the end-client ourselves. In this way we are readily prepared to work under the name of another agency.
