For professionals
Offsite supports self-employed professionals, who carry out assignments with companies and (semi)-government institutions, such as interim-managers, advisors, financial and technical specialists.
types of support
Every self-employed professional can ask Offsite for support for:
- acquisition of assignments;
- supervision of assignment execution;
- negotiation with the employer regarding extension of or changes to assignments;
- advice about the “back office” of their business (which insurances, which legal form, setting up the administration, etc).
At their own request the professional can request support from Offsite for other matters related to their profession. The associated costs are always discussed in advance, and they are always modest.
costs
Support by Offsite never costs the professional more than 9% of the tariff which an employer pays.
This means that for each euro the employer pays for the professional, the candidate receives more than 90 eurocents.
So far as we are aware Offsite charges the lowest commission within the sector.
registration
A professional can register with Offsite, free of charge, by mailing a CV (in Word-format) together with their tariff, availability
(how many days per week, from when), and two references which can be checked by Offsite either by telephone or email.
Registration does not obligate the professional at all.
acquisition
If a potential assignment becomes available the professional will be approached.
The acquisition meeting with the employer is carried out by the professional themselves, after which Offsite enquires of the employer and professional how they found it.
Based on the outcome Offsite will draw up a contract between the employer and professional, wherein it is standard that quality control is carried out by Offsite.
quality control
This quality control consists of Offsite monitoring that the assignment is being carried out to the satisfaction of both the employer and professional,
and that any eventual problems and possible improvements are discussed. All contact is made via telephone or email as much as possible.
assisting the growth of Offsite
Self-employed professionals who have the time and the inclination are wholeheartedly invited to assist with the growth of Offsite.
We have an attractive remuneration for the recruitment of potential positions and the registration of other self-employed professionals, please see
for
everyone.
Additionally, some professionals enjoy assisting Offsite with acquisitions, as much for themselves as for others. This can take on a number of forms:
approaching potential employers (independently or together with other interimers in your area who are known to offsite), setting up and sending out mailings, writing articles for trade journals etc.
