We deliver high quality: we carefully select our candidates. Additionally we regularly monitor the execution of the assignments, via, among other methods, a binding written report provided by the candidate on a weekly basis.

Characteristic of Offsite is an efficient no-frills working practice, with low cost principals and a modest profit margin. Thereby we are able to work an average of 23% more cheaply than other agencies: we charge only 9% commission, by far the lowest commission within The Netherlands (pretty much all agencies charge 20 to 40% commission for their services).

The low cost principals are achieved through:

· efficient work practices (essentially all contact via email and telephone, therefore the name Offsite);

· narrow overheads (no expensive office, few permanent staff);

· frugal PR- and advertising budgets;

· deliverance of good quality services without excessive trimmings.
