Offsite is the only interim agency which takes satisfaction from offering a low margin (9% of the client tariff) and as much freedom as possible for the self-employed professionals and employers. Offsite offers (as opposed to other agencies) a brief competition clause, no fines for freelancers who gain permanent employment with the employers, and no cost registration.

Working via Offsite brings with it for the self-employed professionals certain obligations which are necessary for the execution of a good assignment (such as providing references in advance, brief weekly reports during the assignment, a commitment contract and a confidentiality agreement).

Offsite was set up in 1999 by Ben Eppenhof who was convinced that interim agencies didn’t need to have high margins and rigid conditions in order to ensure both a good result from each assignment and the continuity of the agency. Offsite achieves this through:
- sophisticated processes for vacancy matching, acquisition and assignment support;
- an effective and efficient use of telephone, email, internet and matching software;
- motivated and enterprising employees.

personnel
The operations involving acquisition, assignment support and the back office at Offsite are carried out by a small group of permanent employees who, depending on need, are supplemented by temporary employees from our own candidate data base.
